K4 Group has an internal process for recognising underprivileged women facing financial barriers and helping them attain these courses free of charge. K4 Group firmly believes that women play a pivotal part in the security industry as much as men do, breaking stereotypes.

89% of the UK workforce is male, and 11% is female, making it a 9:1 ratio. In 2016, only 9.6% were females, making it 11% in the following years. This shows gradual progress, and K4 has played its part in ensuring that this gradual progress speeds up.

This kind of initiative provides essential qualifications and endorses confidence and resilience in women seeking a stable career. K4 is also at the forefront of fostering diversity, equality, and inclusion within all of its departments.
