    K4 Group of Companies is a UK-based multi-service provider headquartered in Hounslow, London. Founded by Arsalan Khan, the group has grown from a single security company into a family of six specialised businesses, each dedicated to a specific area of expertise.

    We operate across the security, medical, training, workforce, CCTV, and digital services sectors. Our approach is simple – instead of hiring five different vendors, our clients work with one trusted group that handles everything from manned guarding and event medical cover to CCTV monitoring and staff recruitment.
