K4 Group of Companies is a UK-based multi-service provider headquartered in Hounslow, London. Founded by Arsalan Khan, the group brings together specialist companies covering security, medical, CCTV, training, workforce, and digital services.
We serve clients across multiple sectors including events and festivals, construction, retail, corporate, education, and hospitality. With a team of over 1,000 trained professionals, SIA ACS approval, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications, K4 Group has built its reputation on one simple idea: deliver everything your business needs through one trusted provider.
Our Story
How K4 Group Started
K4 Group started with one person and a clear goal. Arsalan Khan began his career at the age of 18 as a steward at Stadium Industry, learning crowd management from the ground up. He went on to serve in the police, gaining experience in law enforcement and public safety before spending over 11 years in the private security sector, rising into senior leadership and overseeing large-scale deployments at national events.
Along the way, he saw the same problem again and again. Event organisers, construction companies, and businesses were hiring separate providers for security, medical, CCTV, and staffing. Nobody was coordinating anything. The result was confusion, gaps in service, and avoidable risk.
K4 Group was built to fix that. What began as a security-focused operation has grown into a fully integrated group of specialist companies, each focused on a different area but all working together under one roof. Today, K4 Group supports some of the UK’s biggest events, most demanding construction projects, and most trusted brands.

Our mission is straightforward. We exist to give our clients one point of contact for everything they need to keep their people, premises, and events safe. No juggling multiple vendors. No gaps between teams. No confusion about who is responsible when it matters most.
We do this by investing in three things: qualified people, proper training, and a culture where doing the job right is not negotiable.
Our Leadership
Arsalan Khan – Founder and CEO
Arsalan Khan holds an Event Management Degree alongside Level 4 in Spectator Safety, Level 5 in Crowd Management, Level 6 in Health and Safety, CCTV Operations, and advanced assessor and teaching qualifications.
In recognition of his expertise, Arsalan was appointed to the board of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA) as Director of Events and Crowd Safety. He is also a member of the UK Crowd Management Association (UKCMA).
Under his leadership, K4 Group has grown from a single security company into a multi-service organisation delivering solutions across six sectors nationwide.
Our Leadership
Tamaryn Blay – Chief Operating Officer
Tamaryn Blay oversees the day-to-day operations of K4 Group and plays an active role in encouraging more women to join the security profession. Under her leadership, K4 Group has built a culture where women are supported, developed, and given equal opportunity to grow into senior roles. She represented K4 Group at the IPSA Celebrating Women in Protective Services event, speaking on the importance of representation and inclusive career pathways across the sector.
