This UK initiative helps young adults build the skills, confidence, and values they need to become strong community leaders. Together, we have delivered training at some of the country’s most respected venues, including Oxford Union, the UK Parliament, Lincoln’s Inn, and the University of Oxford.

About the Foundation
The Sharifa Ibrahim Foundation is a UK-registered charity based in Hounslow, London. Founded in 2022, it works to build a stable and secure future for underprivileged individuals, especially children and women. The foundation delivers education support, skills training, and personal development programmes across the community.
Chaired by Mr Riaz Gull, a well-known legal professional and community leader, the foundation is known for making a real, lasting impact. Their values align closely with ours, which is what made this partnership feel natural from the start.

The Leadership and Development Programme is structured around seven core modules. Each one focuses on a skill that real-world leaders need every day:

Every module blends expert-led training, mentorship, and interactive Q&A sessions. Participants leave with practical tools they can actually use, not just theory.
A Special Moment at Oxford Union
The seventh session of the programme stood out for all the right reasons. Held at the historicOxford Union, a venue known worldwide for its tradition of world-class debate, the day brought together exceptional speakers and future leaders under one roof.
Arsalan Khan, CEO of K4 Group
Arsalan delivered a practical training session drawing from his experience building K4 Group from the ground up. His straight-talking style and real-world examples left participants feeling energised and ready to take action.
Lord Alok Sharma KCMG
We were honoured to welcomeThe Rt Hon Lord Alok Sharma KCMG as a distinguished guest speaker. The former President of COP26 shared his thoughts on leadership, resilience, and the role young people play in shaping the future. His keynote, followed by a Q&A, led to some of the most meaningful conversations of the day.
Motivational Speakers
The session also featured three guest speakers who shared personal stories of growth, setbacks, and success. Their honesty reminded everyone in the room that leadership starts with mindset, not titles.
Beyond the Classroom
Our partnership with the foundation goes beyond training sessions. K4 Group is also a proud sponsor of the foundation’s annual Multicultural Festival in Slough.
The festival is a celebration of community and diversity, bringing people together over food, live music, and local shopping. Our team recently attended, and Arsalan Khan spoke about the progress of our collaboration and the projects coming up this year. Harpreet Kaur also shared the impact of our combined work with the community.
Days like these remind us why we do this. It’s not just about training leaders. It’s about building the kind of communities they will go on to serve.
The Impact So Far
Seven sessions delivered. Hundreds of young adults trained. Partnerships built with some of the UK’s most respected institutions.
But the real story is in the people. Every participant who completes the programme heads back to their community with sharper skills, more confidence, and a clearer sense of purpose. Some will go on to lead teams. Others will start businesses. Many will give back to the communities that shaped them.
