About IPSA
The International Professional Security Association is the UK’s longest-established trade body for the security and fire sector. Founded in 1958, IPSA works with and represents frontline security officers across the country. The Event
The event was a genuine celebration of progress. Held at 116 Pall Mall, one of London’s most distinguished private members’ clubs, the setting matched the significance of the occasion. The room was full of professionals who are actively working to make the security sector more inclusive and representative.
Guests heard from a range of speakers including Lucy Macleod, Nicole Milner, Siobhan Priest, and others, each sharing their experiences and insights on the challenges and opportunities facing women in protective services today.
