K4 Group is continuing its partnership with Richmond FC for the 2026/27 season, marking a third consecutive year as a Club Partner of one of rugby’s oldest clubs.
The partnership goes beyond the K4 name appearing on the Men’s and Women’s 1st XV kits. K4 also provides security and medical cover for Richmond Rugby, bringing two of its core services into the partnership.
More Than a Name on the Shirt
K4 Group works across security, medical services, CCTV, training, workforce and facilities. At Richmond Rugby, that means supporting the club with practical services as well as visible branding.
Security and medical cover are a natural fit for a sporting environment. They also reflect how K4 approaches its wider work: bringing different services together rather than treating them as separate pieces.
The relationship is local, too.
Richmond FC has been part of south-west London life for well over a century. Its men’s and women’s sides train and play at the Athletic Ground, alongside junior sections, coaches, volunteers and families who have been part of the club for generations.
K4 first became a Club Partner with that local connection in mind. Three seasons on, the relationship has grown beyond sponsorship into practical support for the club.
K4 on the 2026/27 Kit
K4 branding will appear on the Men’s and Women’s 1st XV playing and training kits throughout the 2026/27 season.
Both teams receive the same level of support. For K4, that is important. The women’s side isn’t an add-on to the partnership; it is part of the club and part of K4’s commitment to supporting it.
An Evening at Richmond Rugby
That partnership was also on show last Thursday at the 2026/27 Kit Launch at Richmond Athletic Ground.
Players, supporters, families and partners came together for an evening focused on the club, its community and the season ahead.
K4 would like to thank everyone who attended.
It was also a pleasure to share the evening with Councillor Ranjit Gill, Phil White, Councillor Muttucumar Sahathevan, Councillor Matthew Wherry, Khalil Yousuf, Barney Barnett SRMC ®(A), Indra Wallace, Deborah Griffin, Ron Mushiso, John Davidson, Ketan Mistry and Freya Portway.
For K4, the evening was another part of an established relationship, one that now covers both the visible side of the partnership and the work that happens behind it.
A Partnership That Works Both Ways
The partnership has given K4 a stronger connection with the local area and opportunities to meet businesses and people it may not otherwise have encountered.
But the relationship works beyond that.
K4 is supporting Richmond Rugby with services it already provides as part of its wider business. That makes the partnership more than a branding exercise. It gives the club access to practical support while allowing K4 to contribute in an area close to where it operates.
The Season Ahead
Richmond’s first home game of the 2026/27 season is on Saturday 19th September.
K4 will be at the Athletic Ground for the new campaign, with its support continuing both on the pitch and behind the scenes.
