From Steward to Award-Winning CEO
Arsalan Khan’s journey in the security industry began at the age of 18 when he started as a steward at Stadium Industry. From those early days on the ground, he built his experience through frontline roles before serving in the police, gaining a distinctive perspective that bridges law enforcement with the private security sector.
Over the past two decades, he has risen through the ranks, progressing from steward to senior leadership and ultimately founding K4 Group of Companies, which has grown into one of the UK’s most recognisable multi-service providers. Under his leadership, K4 Group now operates across six specialist companies delivering security, medical, CCTV, training, workforce, and digital services nationwide.

Arsalan holds an Event Management Degree alongside an extensive portfolio of professional qualifications including Level 4 in Spectator Safety, Level 5 in Crowd Management, Level 6 in Health and Safety, CCTV Operations, and advanced assessor and teaching qualifications. He is also an accredited security trainer for several recognised awarding bodies.
His appointment to the IPSA board as Director of Events and Crowd Safety reflects his standing in the profession and his commitment to shaping the future of the UK events and security industry at the highest level.
